We provide medical certificates only after a proper medical consultation and examination by our registered medical practitioner. Certificates are issued only when medically justified and in accordance with applicable medical ethics, professional standards, and legal requirements.

Important Information
- A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for certificate issuance.
- The patient must be present for medical examination unless otherwise permitted by applicable regulations.
- Certificates are issued only when supported by the clinical findings and medical assessment.
- Backdated certificates are not issued.
- False, fabricated, or misleading medical certificates will not be issued under any circumstances.
- We reserve the right to decline issuing a certificate if it is not medically or legally justified.
- Any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized modification of a certificate is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
